Useful items for the house and amenities for our guests
Some of the items on our wish list reflect one-time-only needs but most represent the on-going needs of running the house. Every in-kind donation allows us to stretch our donated dollars that much further.
We do not accept clothing or used items.
We are not in need of bedding, towels or furniture.
At this time we cannot use books, puzzles, games or toys.
This list is current through February 29, 2012.
We are able to accept donations Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm. Donations cannot be accepted on evenings, weekends or Federal holidays. Because Fisher House is a private residence, we ask that individuals and groups please call ahead to (206) 277-3950 in order to arrange a time to drop off donations.

Girls Night Out (GNO)
is a monthly event coordinated and sponsored by the
Friends of VA Puget Sound FIsher House.
It is designed as an evening of conviviality out in the community, away from the hospital, for guests of Fisher House.
(And despite the name, men are welcome
to come along as well!) We are looking
for local businesses to sponsor this event.
If you know of a restaurant, day spa or
other fun venue that would be willing to
treat Fisher House guests to an evening

Volunteer Opportunities |

Touch of Relief is recruiting for some additional massage therapists or massage school students in need of practise hours. Please send an email with the words "Massage Therapy" in the subject heading and we will connect you with our massage program coordinator.
