"The most

"I think the garden is beautiful.   And I think it is like a beautiful garden that I've seen before, like it's been my life-long dream to see the most beautifulest garden in my whole life.  And I like this garden because my most bestest friend Miss Lorraine helps Audrey and me in the garden.  We picked up sticks and strawberries and carrots".

-Fola, 5 years old

"How does your garden grow?"

One June morning some of our younger guests helped "Miss Raine" thin carrots, stake tomatoes and investigate budding plants.   Snacking on one of the tiny carrots that was thinned Fola exclaimed, "Hey!  That tastes just like a carrot!"

Audrey, 3, shows off a baby carrot

Fola, 5, and Audrey examine a budding blueberry bush near the "Shinseki"  pear tree.

"Hey!  What's this doing in with our radishes?"
