Inspired by the book Martha Stewart's Cupcakes Manager Cecile Bagrow instituted the Fisher House "Cupcake Club".  It was conceived as a delightful treat that staff would prepare for guests.  But everyone gets involved when a project takes place in a big communal kitchen.
