New Donor Spotlight

Did you know?

In the last quarter of fiscal year 2011 28% of the donations to the VA Puget Sound Fisher House came from guests.

These are very often small gifts (average $132.00) but they mean so much because they come from the heart, from people who have experienced firsthand the benefits of staying at VA Puget Sound Fisher House.    No gift is too small;  every gift helps us provide comfort and support to the Veteran and military families we serve.

How to Make a Gift

Appropriated funds pay for the basic maintenance of the house and staff salaries.  99.8% of every donated dollar goes to the on-going, daily support of the VA Puget Sound Fisher House.

"I cannot express my gratitude for the Fisher House.  I came to Seattle prepared to face my father's surgery alone but what I found was a family; and more laughter than tears.  Thank you."
